Intensive Tests und Betriebserfahrungen an AWI und IPP erlauben die Aufstellung von Qualitätsanforderungen für Videokonferenzen als Arbeitsmittel in der Programm-und Projektplanung in HGF und MPG. Diese werden gegliedert nach Anforderungen, medientechnischer und netzwerktechnischer Realisierung detailliert beschrieben. Empfehlungen für weitere Aktivitäten werden gegeben.
